Greenology Edifice Automation System (IEM-EAS) is All-in-One green internet protocols (IP) action base solution, monitors & controls edifice's internal green environment, mechanical & electrical equipment (ventilation, lighting, power systems, fire systems, & security systems).
Our solution integrates with open standards (DeviceNet, SOAP, XML, BACnet, Lon Works, Modbus or KNX). IEM-EAS links:
- Access control gates & access doors (who is allowed access?)
- Safety & Security systems such as closed-circuit television (CCTV) , Sensors & Detectors
- CMMS, RFID , Asset Tracking & Supply chain
- Fire alarm systems & elevators for monitoring (ex. When a fire is detected, fire alarm panel close ventilation system dampers to stop smoke spreading, shut down air handlers, start smoke evacuation fans, Trigger the audio visual equipment’s for evacuation scenario & park all elevators to ground floor - prevent people from using them)
- Disaster-response mechanisms (such as base isolation) to save structures from earthquakes
